Can the machine throw leather balls?+

Yes. For regular practice, however we recommend 145g PU harddimple balls (behaves almost like leather). Soft PU balls can also be used for indoor or kids training.

How does scoring work?+

The simulator uses target boards and smart scoring zones. Players score by hitting marked targets, while larger easy zones help beginners. Scoring rules can be customized through the admin panel.

Can I use tennis balls?+

Yes, installation is handled by certified engineers.

Can I install it myself?+

Yes, very easy. We provide comprehensive video guidance and remote support for a hassle-free setup experience.

What is BLDC technology?+

Brushless DC Motor technology that provides higher efficiency, better speedstability, lower heat generation, and longer motor life compared to conventional motors.

Is Auto Feeder available?+

Yes, available as an optional add-on. Must be ordered during booking for integration with your system.

What power supply is required?+

India: 230V AC. USA/Canada: 110V AC version available on request. We customize based on your location requirements.

What is Skill Test Mode?+

A training mode where every ball has speed variation, angle changes andrandom swing. Helps players improve reflexes and shot selection in unpredictable conditions.

Is it fully automatic?+

Yes. Once player details are entered, the system automatically bowls, scores, displays graphics, plays replays, and updates leaderboards. Only ball collection is manual after each game.

Can the machine bowl spin and pace variations?+

Yes. It delivers pace, spin, seam, and random variations that change automatically to keep gameplay exciting and realistic.

What is the outside TV used for?+

The external display shows live scores, leaderboards, and instant video highlights, helping attract crowds and increase participation.

What game modes are available?+

Target Mode for chasing scores, Social Mode for competing with friends, and Match Mode for quick fun matches. All modes are designed purely for entertainment and repeat play.

Do you supply the complete package? +
